5 Important things I started doing to reverse my Chronic Tiredness and Depression

Pay attention to your symptoms - your water and parasites may be causing them - making you feel sick and tired and depressed.

my two major health complaints were chronic tiredness and depression, however I also suffered terribly from sinus problems and sinus infections. This went away over time completely as well.

I had been drinking rain water for years and I had never done a parasite cleanse, and I was low in many essential nutrients like minerals and EFA's for energy and mental health.

There are so many things we can do to improve our health that it can be a minefield trying to figure out where to start. If you think about it I think you'll agree the first step should be to be properly hydrated on the best cleanest water you can access.

Even being slightly dehydrated has many health consequences which you may not be connecting to your day to day symptoms. If you are feeling low motivation or depressed or feeling tired, have a headache, have bad breath or are constipated, have dizziness, or having cravings for food then look out for dehydration. Even your dry skin is trying to tell you something and it's not to put more hand and body cream on. If you're missing something in your diet your body will give you a symptom if you pay attention to your symptoms and do not mask or suppress them with pharmaceutical medications, rather use nutrition to reverse them.

Unfiltered Tap water with chlorine and fluoride will cause you big problems over a long period of time especially if your drinking lots of it. If you're from Australia and are drinking your rain water thinking it's clean. It's not!!! Its full of bacteria and parasites, heavy metals, pesticide sprays from the wine industry and if you live in the country you're not safe either, farming practices today use many toxic chemicals and these chemicals drift and end up on your roof and in the atmosphere and ultimately in you rain water tank and then in you and then your body becomes the filter.

As far as the bacteria and parasites in water in most cases if you have good gut health and lots of good bacteria and HCI your gut will deal with them and keep them in check, however if your drinking lot's of rain water on a daily basis and are not filtering out the heavy metals and pesticides and if you're not using an ultra violet light to kill the parasites you're going to start getting symptoms of toxicity, heavy metals poisoning and parasitic infection. However you probably would never make the link to the water you drink, not to many people do.

We need more water but it has to be clean filtered tap or clean spring water

Make your water your first go to in cleaning up your health, improving your energy, fixing your dry skin, improving your mood and attitude, helping with regularity, getting rid of bad breath, being less toxic in general. Be sure to drink 30 mls per kilo of body weight every day of healthy, clean, filtered water.
